"Distracting? I would never." He says as much with a grin, hand on his hip as if offended at the very idea. Then he laughs, pulling on his trousers.
Once dressed he waits for Emet-Selch to finish up his work before linking arms with him, ready to have a nice stroll and enjoy his lover's company. Not that they don't spend quite a lot of time basking in each other's affections, but Hythlodaeus doesn't think he'll ever get tired of it. Once more he finds himself glad that they're here together, not torn apart like they once were. Even if Hythlodaeus has to suffer being a Submissive, he can tolerate it better now.
"What would you like to do once we get back to the apartment?"
"We both know that is a blatant lie you cannot even hope to pass as truth." He laughs at Hythlodaeus, but focuses on his work and getting it finished. Once the last ends are tied up, he stands from the desk, only a little disappointed that Hythlodaeus truly is fully clothed again.
He only breaks free of Hythlodaeus for a moment to lock up the building once they are outside, but then he takes his arm again.
"Are you hungry? Perhaps we can order in. Or bathe?" Or take turns, if needed, since sadly their bathtub is not as large as it should be.
"Food sounds good... ah, but so does bathing. Yes, actually, a bath sounds delightful right about now." He does wish they had a bigger bath so that he could share with Emet-Selch, but alas.
"We can think about food afterwards, I'm sure. Or decide while we're bathing." It sounds like a nice night in, and Hythlodaeus is pleased that Emet-Selch suggested it.
"Indeed." He smiles, watching Hythlodaeus with all the fondness of a newlywed in their honeymoon phase. Except that it's always that phase for Emet-Selch. "That sounds good." He also wishes they could share the bath, but well.
He really ought to look into housing changes, now that the theatre is all secured and ready for business.
Noting the fond look, he returns it as they walk home. Once they're inside he wastes no time in closing the door behind them and tugging on his lover's shirt, leaning in for a kiss.
"Now then, undress while I run your bath for you." He grins, letting go of him and heading off to do just that, making sure to add bubbles. He's sure after all that time hunched over a desk, a nice bubble bath will work wonders for Emet-Selch.
When he's finished he calls him in, and is in the process of taking off his shirt as Emet-Selch walks in. "Come, relax."
It will indeed work wonders for him, even though he may never stop with the slouching and the terrible posture. It's fine.
He kisses Hythlodaeus as they're inside their home, reluctant to part with him as if they haven't just spent all this time together already. But he nods, finding no reason to argue. "Thank you." He discards his clothing and sets it aside neatly for later, raising his brow in amusement as he walks into a bath full of bubbles.
"Bubbles, Hythlodaeus?" Now how on earth were both of them to fit in addition to all the bubbles!
Hythlodaeus rests his hand on his hip and chuckles. "Yes, bubbles. Do away with them if you will, but I had thought you might enjoy them."
He continues undressing, and once he's done he moves closer, pressing a kiss to his lover's shoulder. "I only wish for you to relax. The bottle stated that the bubbles would ease tension thanks to the ingredients in them."
"I'm not going to do away with them." Emet-Selch replies with amusement. Hythlodaeus should never underestimate the amount of pampering his man has come to enjoy for himself. That being said, he steps his way into the bath, leaning against the back wall of it so he can lazily watch Hythlodaeus undress. What? If he didn't want to be watched he wouldn't have stripped right then and there.
"Thank you, my love." He murmurs with a nod. Already he can feel tension drifting out of his body, and it feels amazing.
Hythlodaeus steps into the bath and presses against Emet-Selch, which is just as well given the lack of room for them both. He chuckles, rubbing at his love's shoulder lazily.
"Would that we could make the bathtub a little larger... alas." Well, it's fine if he has to be pressed against Hades like this. He'll never say no to being close. Turning, he casually leaves a glob of bubbles on top of Emet-Selch's head before leaning in for a brief kiss.
"It is ridiculous that we cannot." He returns, with a small scowl. Of course he can't stay upset for too long with Hythlodaeus snug up against him and apparently a crown of bubbles places on his head.
He smirks lopsidedly at his lover, shaking his head. "Really?" Such a silly man. And yet Emet-Selch doesn't reach up to brush them away.
