Hythlodaeus hadn't been to visit Emet-Selch at his new job yet. He knows he's working, but he wants to see him- and so he finds his way to the G-String and lets himself straight into the office without knocking.

If the frustrated sound Emet-Selch makes is any indication, Hythlodaeus' plan is working. He wants to come but it's just slow enough that he never quite reaches the tipping point. It's horrible and exquisite at the same time. As confused as he is to where this is coming from, he will relish the bruises against his hips.
