He quite happily allows Hythlodaeus to start on his shirt, shrugging out of it once it's ready so he can quickly go back to what he was doing. The first thing that crossed his mind was bending Hythlodaeus over the desk, but both options would be wonderfully picturesque he thinks.

Before he gets immediately to business, he lavishes Hythlodaeus with kisses and nips along his throat and collarbone, raking his fingernails lightly against his chest. "Shall we relieve you of your clothing?" He asks coyly, lifting his hand. Before Hythlodaeus answers, he snaps his fingers, doing the job for them.

Look if they're going to limit his power, he's going to do whatever he wants with what he's got left.
